The Depths of My Love for This Particular Type of Punctuation Rival The Depths of Hatred that Trojans Have for Giant Wooden Horses
Commas got you down?
Writing have that "blah" feeling?
Use semicolons!1

An Incomplete Set of Instructions
Take two separate
(But related) thoughts, and then:
Join them together!

JFK and Stalin (ew)

To be fair, I sometimes wrote "a lot" as one word until I read this

  2. It's true, the Alot Monster is the best grammar post that I've seen. I thought she did a they're/their/there, too, but I didn't feel like taking the time to find it and stick it in a haiku.
